CTCIC Provides Consulting Support for Quinnipiac University’s New MicroLoan Fund
A new MicroLoan fund was developed through a partnership among the Quinnipiac University School of Business, The Albert Schweitzer Institute and Leon, Nicaragua based, Alianza Americana. The Connecticut Community Investment Corporation supported the project by providing expert MicroLending consulting guidance. The project created four loans for exisiting businesses in Leon and provided invaluable experience for the students who underwrote the loans.
