Change My Insurance Information

If your insurance agent or carrier changes at any time, CTCIC must be notified and provided with current contact information of your insurance agent or carrier as well as proof of insurance. Check your Commitment Letter or contact CTCIC for what insurance coverage is required for your specific loan.

Proof of insurance can be faxed to the attention of Servicing, 203-776-6837.

For Microloan, Childcare, Defense, Direct, and TIF Loans the Mortgagee/Loss Payee must read:
