Change My Debit Account (504/503 Borrowers only)

Complete a new Change Debit Account (below) and send to our office via fax: 203-776-6837 attention Servicing; or US Mail: CTCIC c/o Servicing, 2315 Whitney Avenue, Suite 2B, Hamden, CT 06518, by the 10th of the month prior to the change.  Be sure to sign and date the form.  A voided check from the new account must be included with the completed signed agreement, sent as a separate page.

Forms received after the 10th may not become effective until the following month.  For example, if a form is received January 10, the change will be effective February 1.  If the form is received January 16, the change will be effective March 1.
