SBA 504 Loans — An Important Economic Development Tool for Community Lenders

There is no cost to participate, and the one-hour presentation will be followed by a half hour of Q&A. Participants will be introduced to the SBA 504 loan program, program eligibility, the loan process and reasons why an SBA 504 loan could be the perfect choice for small business clients looking to finance the purchase of capital assets.
